The MR2000 combines both a mixing and reclaiming system, all with a narrow footprint. This compact machine is capable of processing up to 2.000 L/min of drilling fluid, while transporting just one machine to effectively perform two critical functions on a horizontal directional drilling jobsite.
Premium cleaning performance is achieved through two 10-in desander hydrocyclones, plus twelve 4-in long-body hydrocyclones in combination with a large screen area.
A venturi plus a heavy-duty 4-kW, 600-rpm agitator located in the active tank allows for optimum mixing.
