The HG4000E is equipped with a 373-kW WEG total enclosed fan-cooled electric motor to power the mill.
A separate 37.3-kW electric motor powers the pump for the hydraulic circuits, while a 1.5-kW electric motor powers the fan to cool the hydraulic system.
